Woman with 'Third Arm' Tumour Fears Surgery Can't Remove It

A woman with a growth on her back, which she compares to a "third arm," may not be able to have it removed because she can "feel" it.

The growth is a plexiform tumour, which is a type of tumour that forms in the tissue covering nerves, and surgeries to remove these types of tumours can be challenging, according to the NHS.

The patient fears that she won't be able to have it removed because she can feel the growth.

The season of Dr Pimple Popper has featured other unusual cases such as a woman with a "third boob" growing on her shoulder and a man with a cyst behind his head.
