A Texas woman was issued with a traffic ticket for driving alone in a lane that is for a minimum of two people. To her defence she came up with a very creative legal argument.
She said that she was 34 weeks pregnant and therefore based on the supreme courts new ruling that an unborn baby counts as a live person, according to the new ruling therefore there are two in the car.
