Andrew Tate and Two Others Under House Arrest in Romania for Human Trafficking, Rape, and Forming Criminal Gang

Andrew Tate, his brother Tristan, and two Romanian female suspects are under house arrest in Romania pending a criminal investigation for human trafficking, rape, and forming a criminal gang to sexually exploit women.

The investigation was changed from human trafficking to trafficking in continued form, which carries a prison sentence of up to 10 years.

A separate criminal investigation was also opened against a Romanian man close to the Tate brothers.

The suspects have denied the accusations.
